Welcome to the Institute of Physics of Biological Systems
Bienvenue à l'Institut de physique des systèmes biologiques
Research Interest The Institute of Physics of Biological Systems (Institut de Physique des Systèmes Biologiques, IPSB) provides a link between physics and life sciences. Its mission is to develop experimental, theoretical and numerical physics to study function, structure and properties of biological systems (Proteins, DNA, Cells, Tissues, Viruses). The IPSB is the place where life sciences scientists and physicists meet to foster advancements in theoretical and experimental methods for living matter. Specific focus is on quantitative understanding of biological systems. Samples of our research can be found in the web pages of the different laboratories
